Just wanted some people's opinion on this.
I have a lvl 1 squirtoria that I recently rolled after the summer events. I was wondering if I should spend my archer exp cards on her now in or save them for chloe in the prisma event? I've heard that people recommend saving them for chloe. But i was just wondering if its worth spending Archer exp cards on squirtoria right now. I have a lvl 70 summer anne and mary as a female archer, if this information is useful.

I believe one of the missions for the Prisma Illya event will be ascending Chloe to stage 3 (lvl 60), which would take 112 4* class-specific EXP cards (134 non class). The shop should have 100 4* EXP cards, so as long as you have 12 saved you'll be fine to level up both.
Or, if you don't care about the missions and the crystallized lore that is rewarded for finishing all of them, just go for Squirtoria.
Do Chloe first. This is a case of "why not both?" You can always level Squirtle after the event as exp dailies will continue after the event but the event is only for a limited time
