Hans is a 2 star and weak offensively and Heaven's dress Iri is a healer, so go for Medea, but without projection MLB or formal craft she's going to be weak and would only be a debuffer remover, so I suggest borrowing a xuanzang and running a mash, xuanzang, georgios or Deon party and keep charging xuanzang NP to burst the boss down.

As for the coming casters we have illya in the next event after summer, and she's a caster nuke with Mana busrt, but lower NP spamming capability for offensive ones.
