Both of these Quests appear after Chapter 2 in the Base location. It seems the Daily Quest hasn't spawned yet, however. It might appear tomorrow.

Where can I find the summer 2018 daily quest and the mystic code quest? Do i need to progress further in the main quest or? If so, then what quest do i have to clear to find the,? Thank you in advance for answering

Mystic Code Quest should be in Cheldea Gate, the Daily Quest should be at the beach, which is the starting location
