When is the Next Jalter Banner?
I've wanted her but i started after her first banner so when's the next rate up for her?

Possibly, I don't know for sure. The JP server has it during Nero fest but the US server seems to have shift things about a month to half a month early. But it shouldn't be later than early October

Oh ok Thanks (I'm a new player(10 days) and i've saved only 120 quartz and 17 summon tickets so far and I heard Jalter is one of the best units in the game so i decided to save for her but ig she's alot closer than i thought she was....)

She is probably one of the best attacker out there but she can't do everything by herself. Her survivability is not the best due to her low HP. She needs a star gen servant to help out as well. Try to level up Andersen, he is probably the best support for her.

She's great until later updates where bosses get more than 1 health bar. This reduces Jalter's burst ability (as well as Scathach's/Cu Alt's), the effectiveness of Black Grail, and Merlin 1-shot comp's overall damage output. She still does a lot of damage but stall teams will become more important in later patches.
