Which CE for raikou?

I run a Max Limit Broken Sumo on my Raikou for farming and she destroys mobs. If your Sumo isn't MLB however then I'd say to use partake of the King for more NP charge

Golden Sumo if it is MLB, as it increase 15% ATK. Participation of the King only give 10% to Buster and 15% to Buster when MLB. But that being said, if Golden Sumo is not MLB, then Participation of the King is better since that gives you 50% NP, and can use her NP right away with waver's 3 skills.
