My vote for you goes to Heracles because of NP4. You will get the most damage scaling for him. If you are not in it for the stats then Scathach because she is the Queen.

which of these servant should go up to level 100?
its about heracles, cu chulain alter and scathach (max fou all of them) :
i have:
-heracles lvl 92 np4 10/10/10 bond 9/10
-cu alter lvl 92 np1 5/6/5
-scathach lvl 92 np1 5/10/8
and 4 grails for use but I can not decide which one lvl up
any suggestions?

Well, I grailed my sishou to 100 and never regretted the decision. Otherwise, I'd recommend herc since he's NP4 and really gets the most out of those grails for that reason.

It's not really worth it to spent grail on any of these so pick whoever you like. Grails are most useful for 1 star servant used for farming, such as Arash and Spartacus.

Unless you like Arash and don't want him to die in all of your battles because you really like him for him to perish, I don't think it's worth it.
