Do I Have Enough Time To Save
I'm going to roll for merlin but recently I spent all of my quartz for tamamo(couldn't get her either) so i think ı have 102 days to save and ı have 0 tickets 5 quartzs will it be enough for merlin or else I'm going to give all of money to this game for my waifu

Oh, right. Forgot about that. Seems like they're shuffling things around, the 1/2 AP free quest happened in September for JP. Two weeks and 20 free quartz behind, you mean :P

I mentioned somewhere on another post that, conservatively, if you don't spend any quartz at all, you will have 175 free quartz by the second week of December (assuming you haven't finished Camelot's free quests yet). You decide if that's enough for you.
