Could someone tell me all the welfare servants i missed and if there will ever be a chance to get them again. So i started the game when zero event was about to end so i missed Irisviel. Other servants i know of are Nobu and Shiki. Anyone else i missed? and will any of these ever re-appear? (playing NA btw)
Elizabeth Bathory (Halloween) and Altria Pendragon (Santa Alter) both have event reruns later this year, Nobu has a rerun in 2019, and both Altria Pendragon (Lily) and Shiki have reruns in 2020. Unfortunately though, Irisviel hasn't had a rerun in JP so far - we'll just have to wait and see with that one.
Dude, you really should use commas, and by saber alter santa lily(?), did you probably mean artoria alter(rider)? Her rerun will be in Christmas.

You can get Eli and Santa on Halloween and Chistmas this year, Nobbu in March next year, Lily and Shiki in February and March 2020 and Zero event hasn't got re-run so far
Well, I have good news and bad news. The good news is that there's re-runs for these events that occur annually. The bad news is that you have to wait patiently to get your hands on a specific welfare SR and that Irisviel is the only one that hasn't been seen since.
