which one is better artoria(archer) or ishtar ?

i heard artoria is a good archer but i REALLY want ishtar cuz she has rin face lmao and she is good archer too but gameplay wise which one is the best ? im confused which one i should pull

Tier List Wise Artoria Archer is second only to Gil-kun(because he is Gilgamesh) but fills a different team composition and niche (Gil is buster crit while archuria is arts focus/stall teams).
If you like dealing massive amounts in damage after stacking your buffs then blowing your load with Ea(Divine Construct and Anti-Fookin World NP).
Archuria is more of a spammable NP(she can fire off 3 NP in the time Gil can get 1)(Especially with a tamamo and waver)and can function as a support because of her skills that offer more utility while still being a reliable attacker especially if you build around her.
Edit: She is one of the servants that also gets significantly better every NP level she gets as the overcharge effect helps her damage immensely. As well as the damage scalimg getting a nice boost as well so in certain cases she can out DPS Gil in the right scenarios

TLDR: Gil is straight forward deals big damage on his own and if you support him correctly becomes broken.
Archuria also becomes broken if you build around her with stuff like tamamo and waver but cant reach the same level of damage gil can on her own.

I personally enjoy arts teams and stalling the fook out of the game and will be pulling on archuria's banner

They are very different. Ishtar is a standar buster AOE archer. Very good, but not Gil level. Archturia is Arts ST and the best NP spammer of the game when you build an art teams.
They both do their job very well. If you are gonna roll for one my rec is archturia as Isthar will have a 2 rate ups next year and archturia only one

Well dont really know much about Ishtar other than hearing her NP deals more damage than Gil as long as they dont have the "Weak to Enuma Elish" trait that most servants have. But her skills hold her back while Gil make him better

make sure you read up about Chloe von Einzbern before deciding since she's a welfare servant that basically fulfills Archuria's role, and she comes in a few months. A NP5 Chloe outdamages a NP1 Archuria noble phantasm.

but theres something hold me back to pull archuria its chloe many said her np lvl 5 is stronger than archuria np lvl 1 and her np gain is good too

In my honest opinion, roll for that you want more. Don't worry about who's better, what'd be the point in that if you aren't using the servant you wanted more.

If you can no longer decide which one you want (I think in one of your replies you said you were starting to go towards Archuria, but you wanted Ishtar more in the OP).I can give you a list of Pros and Cons.

-Pros for Archuria
+Chloe comes out like a month or two after.
(It's a pro because she fills out the same roll as archuria that you get for free- Meaning that if you roll for archuria and don't get her you have a back-up).
+The summer event comes out with A LOT of servants so even if you don't get her you could get any of the other summer servants which is nice.
+She's in a fucking swimsuit and uses a water gun.

Cons
-She comes out in a few more days meaning that you won't have as much SQ to spend as you would if you wait for ishtar.

Pros for Ishtar
+Comes out later so you will have a lot more Quartz to expend, which means you have a higher chance to get her.
+If you pull her, you now have both archers you wanted (Chloe is just chocolate Archuria).

Cons
-If you don't pull her with all the Quartz you have, you will feel like shit. Like literally, imagine if you saved up like 300+ quartz and you don't get her.
-If you don't get her, you wont get a free servant that fulfills her roll for free like archuria.
-Rin face (I hate rin).

Thx for your advice i think im gonna use 10x summon ticket at least for event ce and hoped for one of the ticket is archuria and save my quartz for beloved waifu rin
