Pair Jack with anyone there as she is your sub attacker/crit star gen. Shishou/Waver will be your Support and Main attacker can be Okita/Ridertoki
Just stick a Gandyr or Golden Sumo on your Main Attacker

How do I build a good quick team with my current servants?
I'm having a difficult time building an excellent quick team, because I feel like I'm not taking full advantage of the resources I have. I feel like there's something more I can do with them, and I just have the wrong setup. I have the following servants:
Okita
Jack
Scath
Cu Chulainn (NP5 grailed)
Kintoki Rider
Waver
Anne and Bonny (NP3)
Shiki Assassin
The main problem I have is that they have trouble surviving, and despite having good burst damage with their offenses they die if they cannot take down the boss quickly enough. Also, please specify which role I should assign each servant I'll put in the team. CE suggestions would be appreciated as well, except the gacha 5* CEs. Thank you!

I tend to use: Scath, Jack, Waver. Sometimes I'll use: Scath, Hans, Waver. Really depends on the situation

I highly suggest you pull for Tristan if you lack survivability. In addition, waver hans and mashu can greatly improve survivability. Put cu as your backline. Use jack as generator with okita scathach or shiki as your main attacker. I do not recommend kintoki or anne bonny as they have no dodge. Ultimately, you need a quick/arts setup. Use CEs that have passive star gen, improve crit damage or quick cards or np gen.

If you are having trouble surviving i'd recommend using Hans as support. He can generate stars, buff crit damage and heal consistently, with a chance to get a nice atk, def or star gen buff. (Or you can just throw Waver in, any team gets better with a waver support). As a star generator we have the obvious choice: Jack. As DPS you can run jack, shishou, ridertoki (though he has no evade) or okita with no problems.
For CE's i like giving Hans 2030 (or any NP gen CE if i need more survivability), jack obviously with 2030 or stargen when being a star generator and quick up as DPS.
