I tried pulling in the guaranteed SSR cavalry banner but got Nightingale instead of him (not that I complain). Just wondering if the singularity banner is good for pulling him, since there are other 5* also on rate-up (i'll burn Medb if i get her...)
Other than the singularity pick-up, is there another (and better?) banner to pull him in near future?
I also really want him for my berserker after having him carry me against Mordred and Gawain, but sadly looking at it his only solo rate up was the e pluribus unum banner 2 which has already past, and in the future banners he's always with Vlad and Nightingale, so...good luck to us...well we won't know...
The singularity banner for America has too many 5 stars on it basically lowering your rate up and chance to get Cu Alter Specifically. Having 2 5 stars on rate up already make the rate up not matter. Having 3 is basically rolling on story summons. Not too sure when he will have a solo banner again

These are all banners in the JP version, we follow the same schedule so you can use it to predict the next banners.
If you really don't want Medb the class based summoning campaign let's you swap her out for Vlad though burning 5*s is a waste you don't even really gain anything :/ At the very least 4* berserkers are abnormally strong in general (herc, Lancelot, and Ibaraki are all very very strong) so I'd go for that over this banner for that reason alone gives you more time to save also thus raising your odds.
Aside from that your best chance will be the new years guaranteed SSR pull which will offer a 1/3 chance at him obviously requires paid quartz though, possible we'll get it at Thanksgiving instead too.
