i just rolled arjuna in guaranteed servants banner. is he worth it or not ?.

Well, all 5* servants are good. That said, Arjuna isn't the best; he's good mostly for farming and has an anti-divine function to him, but that's about it. I should say though that he was my first SSR and I've been using him for a while. Even though his skills are only 1/2/1 I have never really had a problem using him.
Emiya is more worth the investment in the long run. Once he gets all his strengthening quests he becomes a very good crit servant.
I strongly disagree emiya cant compete with him with that big of a gap in stats and hit counts

Yes, Arjuna's attack is higher but Emiya gets +40% to all cards for 1 turn and will eventually get whopping +100% to his Crit Damage for 3 turns. Arjuna only has +30% Buster/+20% NP for 1 turn to boost his damage (and aside from his NP he only has one Buster card lol). Yes, his NP is stronger, but Emiya will easily outdo him in single-target damage if you provide him with stars.

he can build arjuna until emiya gets his strengten in the meanwhile 1 turn card effectiveness still doesnt fill the gap of 3,000 attack boost

You claimed that he was wrong, that Emiya would still be worse than Arjuna because of stats. I corrected your misinformation but now apparently future upgrades don't matter at all?

Nobody told OP not to level Arjuna or that he's a bad character. Maybe you should learn to read first before flying into an autistic rage.
Hitcounts? Aside from Busters (both of them have one normal Buster anyway) EMIYA matches Arjuna in hitcounts, and completely outdoes him in NP hitcounts.
The stat gap is a thing, yes, but EMIYA has Projection Magecraft coming, which buffs all cards by 40%, compared to Arjuna's Mana Burst (Flame) which is a straight downgrade over a normal Mana Burst, and Arjuna can't even Buster Brave Chain to take advantage of his 30% Buster up.
Not to mention Arjuna's best skill has a 10 turn cooldown at max, which most people aren't going to invest very highly in because he is a farming servant.
Overall, Arjuna may have better stats, but two out of his three skills suck, and his good skill has a cooldown that is too long to be useful, compared to EMIYA, who has 2 good skills, and his third one will come in a future Strengthening Quest, and his skills just outclass Arjuna's by a ridiculous margin.
Just to clarify why I said what I did about Arjuna, his kit just seems a bit random and not well-tailored to him.
- His first skill increases his crit star drop rate, but he only has 1 quick card, which drops the most stars, and 3 arts cards, which doesn't normally drop any.
- His second skill is by far his best, but as others have said, has it has a huge cooldown time which reduces it's usefulness quite a bit.
- His third skill was probably put there specifically to boost his NP and nothing else; he only has 1 buster card so it won't be much use there.
Overall he just seems very inefficient, with 1 skill virtually useless on him, one that you can't use often enough, and one with very limited and specific use. That doesn't make him bad though; his second skill makes him tankier than he seems, his AOE NP has defence down, and his attack is the highest of any archer in the game. Emiya is just much better at what he does, while Arjuna doesn't seem to be tailored to any specific purpose or use.
I got spooked by him recently on mama rakiou banner along with herself and prior to that İ used the free sr ticket on emiya since İ only had David as an archer
all three of them being a buster np triple arts servants İ can make this comparison;
even though arjuna is a tier 5 ssr with a 10 round cooldown on his most important skill, he still surpasses his lower rarity counterparta with sheer force of high stats(one of the highest attack stats in the game),high np and star gen thanks to his high hit counts.
even though I grailed karna as my bro at my side for a long time, I am going to invest in arjuna and neglect emiya for quite some time since İ need to deal with mama,banana and ridertoki first.
Pick Arjunna cause no matter how many strengthening quest EMIYA will get he will never surpassed Kuro. So choose Arjunna.
