Buff computation and buffstacking

How are buffs computed and how are they stacked? I'm confused with how buffs in the game is computed.

Let's say a servant with 10k attack gets buff with two different charisma buffs.for 20% and +10%. How would the system compute this? Would it be computed as 10k * 20% * 10% or would it be 10k * 30%? Also how about if there is a 50% buster added?

Also, I'm guessing they use the same formula as well for debuffs like -def and - atk?
What do people mean by buff stacking too?

Thank you.

2 charisma skills will be 10k * 30% while adding the buster makes it 10k * 30%* 50%which leads into what buff stacking is - adding multiple buffs on top of each other to get a multiplicative bonus instead of the additive bonus from using the same buff type thus giving a higher total bonus. Specifically there are 4 catagory so that stack - attack up, card performance up, other, and NP bonuses (like Gil's, Robin hoods, or Medbs not NP damage up that's part of other).
And yes debuffs are the same as buffs functionally(ie -10% def is the same as +10% attack)

I'm guessing if the icon of the buff is the same it will add up and if it's different it will be multiplicative?

Another question Nightingales NP reduces NP by -50% and it I chain that with kid gil's NP. Would it mean that NP damage would be 0?

90% of the time yes but say attack up and def down stack additively as do special attack status like Siegfried's anti dragon skill and crit/np up skills. That's the general idea though.

I believe so I know attack down works that way but I hesitate to say for sure just on the off chance NP down works different for some reason(it shouldn't) though there is a minimum damage so a very small amount will get through.

my math is bad so I'm just spamming buffs.

It works

Basically different types of buffs have a different multiplier and they stack multiplicatively. Def is treated as an attack buff, but inverse. Basically:

[Atk buff] x [Card performance buff] x [NP buff] x [Class effectiveness]
