I just got Da Vinci and 3/4 CE limited (except for the Seiba one). Now I have Da Vinci and Nightingale, but I don’t think they will make a good team. My old formation included Nightingale as a support, Tamamo Cat as the main damage dealer and I borrow a 10/10/10 Mash. This one is enough to clear basic storyline (I’m at Septem btw), but barely make it to daily quests level expert or the next maps. Here’s my current servants, is there anyway to make a decently team out of it?

also you can't make a single team that works for every situation there are way to mant variables. you should look up information like card placement and thoroughly analyze the skills of your servants. you will learn to adapt as you play.
in the meanwhile you should grab my mash for hard boss fights and minamoto for farming.

Raikou has a powerful AOE noble phantasm that will pretty much always clear a wave of basic enemies when used. AOE berserkers in general are great farmers, Raikou being one of the best (and also being great for killing bosses too!).
well I only reccomended my rakio because İ put a kaleidscope on her otherwise its hard to fill the np bar thus long fights when farming
Just wanted to say that no one will be able to read your party name with a picture that small, maybe post your ID here or link to a clearer pic. I'd be happy to add you; I have a max-levelled Herc, Arjuna, Xuanzang and Vlad, as well as Saberlot and Ozy in my support if you want any of them.
Don't have much advice on team comps since I'm not too great with them, but maybe try pairing ushi with fuuma for a crit setup, with Nightingale/D'eon/Mash for support. Cu would typically be on your back row since he really only excels at not dying.
Honestly though the best thing you can do imo is just use whatever servants have a class advantage. That'll usually matter more than team synergy when you are underlevelled and/or lacking strong servants.

I tried to use class advantages too, but there’s a dispropotion between my servants. I’m lack of Sabers and Assassins so I want to make good use of my Berserkers.
Also I spent 60 quartz on Da Vinci so I don’t want her to go to waste :((

When it comes to daily quests, honestly I don't even do the daily trainings - you get plenty of ascension materials from events much more commonly/cheaply - I just focus on ember gathering. Your goal should be to use ember gathering to raise your favorite servants to their level caps, using events to gather materials to ascend them.
Don't worry about enhancing skill levels until you've got enough materials to ascend your servants easily... skill enhancement is crazy expensive.
For most story content, Tamamo Cat + Nightingale + Mash is a great team and you should be just fine fielding that for a good while. For farming ember gatherings, try to find servants with AOE noble phantasms that are effective against the daily classes. If your friends have Zhuge Liang you can use him to charge your NPs more quickly.
It's supposed to feel a little slow right now, but keep raising your servants and do your best to grind through the Summer event when it comes, and you'll do just fine! :)

You'll get them as quest rewards during events. I have like 50. They're not really something you try to farm for so much as you just end up with a lot of them over time.
EDIT: Early on, you'll also restore AP frequently by leveling up. Ember gathering and event quests give a lot of master XP.
I once started the game with a new account since the Garden of Sinners collab. I did restore my ap a lot, but when it came to higher stages which required much more ap, I have to use sq to refill. I remember back then, I didn’t get any apples at all?
I want to say there were a few apples available as mission rewards...? The event types that give the most apples are the roulettes and the raids in my experience - it will vary a little

That really depends. If you're not buying SQ, then no. It's a premium resource. If you're like me and buy stockpiles of SQ every once in a while so you always have a pretty decent number to work with... then maybe it's not so bad. But generally save SQ for summoning or for grinding through really difficult challenge quests.

It’s okay, I love the golden boy. I wish to have him too but only started the game few days after that event :( I will try my best grinding for the welfares, but I’m afraid with a newbie level, I can’t make it to NP5 or max ascension.

Nah, dont worry. Event with the Biker that hates Casters was pretty easy, and im f2p player, playing for 40 days. For the event i had Emiya lvl 60 and Carmilla lvl 60. I thought it'll be impossible for me to get Kintoki to max ascension, but well, i ended up dealing like 600mil dmg during the event.

Saber alter and Nitocris (both having starting NP CEs) should help you farm and herc should be able to help you with bosses. But of course, if you need a good tank than Georgios has you cover for a good 3 turn stall. All other classes are for damage for general use in story mode. I will also set Saber Shiki to farm mode(imaginary element CE aka 60% starting NP) as well during this half ap event
