Its not really worth to grail SSR servants as they dont gain much from it.
I'd personally grail Lancelot (Saber), but honestly, im waiting for my Scathach (Assassin) and Chloe von Einzbern.

Grail priorities
I know people say grail who ever you want but i want to know just from performance standpoint which servant i best grail. My candidates are
Scahatch
Herc
Lancelot [saber and zerker]
Emiya
Ozy
Out of those servants which do you think is best to be grailed? Thanks

Ideally, for the "biggest bang for your buck(grail)". Grail your favorite 4* servants 2 times to get them to 90. But in the end, you give grails to who you like

Because, for example, Altera from lv 90 to lv 100 gains +1168 ATK and +1329HP. And you need to spend 5! grails for that. Thats a lot of grails for basically nothing.
Now, Chloe von Einzbern from lv 80 to 90 gains +1033 ATK and +1155HP for the cost of two grails.
Its just not worth. But well, you can grail whoever you want. Im gonna grail Kuro to lvl 100 because i love her.

They don't gain as much stats compared to a 4* or lower. Most people grail 5 stars out of love for that character anyways. Its better to make certain 4 stars stand on equal footing with a base 5* because not only are they stronger but they cost less as well.

if you ask my opinion ı would grail herc to 90 after that ı would grail Emiya.Emiya's strengthening quest will come 07/12/2018 or 07/13/2018 i think so Emiya will be more useful than he is

Though this strengthening will help it's actually the next one that gives him his broken skill(Hawkeye) well a 40% buff for his NP and any cards that come after it is still pretty nice though.

Berserkers, Rulers and Avengers profit the most from it (base damage multiplier of 110%), followed by Lancers(105%) and Riders(100%+strong star pull). rarity wise I'd put a prio order of 4*>=3*>=2*>=1*>5*, this is due to the fact that when you are grailing a servant it gains them 5 levels a grail until level 90 where it becomes 2 levels per grail. by this it would be: Herc>Zerkalot>Emiya=Saberlot>=Scahatch=Ozy.

Well, I grailed Scathach to 100 and never regretted my choice so far. Now at 100 with 10/10/10 skills and NP2, her NP is just immensely broken, easily reaching 500k dmg without class advantage, allowing you to one-shot anything.
On the other hand, herc is always a good choice for some grails, since, even as a 4* he's better than some 5*, only being hindered by the lower stats. But by grailing him, you get rid of that weakness, making him utterly broken.
