Who should I ascend?
I can either ascend Tamamo no Mae a 3rd time or ascend Jack a 2nd time given my current inventory of bones. Whom should I pick?

whatever you want the most right now, by the end of the event you should have enough bones for both of them (as long as you have enough time to farm and roll the raffles) so it's really a matter of which one you want the most right now. gameplaywise tho, probably Jack because you can harvest a lot of friend points right now, thanks to her bonuses

With London on the horizon, I would say ascend Tamamo? But both are really good, solid choices.
