I just wanted to know if the GSSR gacha happens annually or randomly, coz i unfortunately don't have the means to get the money to buy quartz (f2p problems XD) within the GSSR's current schedule

It happens biannually, on NY and Anniversary

We will likely get one during Thanksgiving time. Last year instead of the New Year GSSR we had one during Thanksgiving.
