So am i Forgetful or is this a glitch?

Though i don't use her anymore i had a Carmilla as a backup Assasin if i ever someone else to work with shiki but i don't have her anymore.

I know for a fact that i havent used her as materials for exp cause i only used exp cards and the fact i filtered them out whenever i do level ups and i'm sure i didn't mana prism her cause i never once did that.

My game actually crashed after it updated to have the camelot chapter so could this be a glitch from the new update or am i hacked or did i simply forgot and has this happen to some people too?
