Bonus quartz is counted as free quartz sadly. The cheapest way to get 30 paid quartz is to buy the $23.99 pack then the $3.99 and finally the $.99. Which totals up to $29 dollars for the paid gacha which is why you're asking I assume. Pretty stupid they don't have a 30 pack.
