Don't read if you haven't finished all singularities.
I was just wondering if Mash will be added to the 4 star tier list or if she'll remain in the 3 star list

I would suggest keeping her in both tier lists. Even if her gameplay essentially is identical, she still is the best 3*, even if it's only until Camelot. I wonder, however, how newer players will avoid such spoilers. Friend lists will not only reveal her new rarity, but also her Noble Phantasm.
