when is the next half ap cost campaign?

The 1st anniversary event has 1/2 AP for all daily quests. It should start tomorrow, but nothing has been announced so far.

I read somewhere that the 1st anniversary will be on 7th July. Maybe it is a good thing if it is true as Ozymandis will be available on the paid guaranteed gacha.
