Question about ssr

It would depend on how long are you playing the game. Those experienced players mostly clear the event shop for mats and embers. Without event, I run training grounds everyday and stock EXP during ember farming. I grind outside of dailies so if I pulled the servant I want, I have mats ready for him. Also while A servant is better than B servant, I won't raise him because I farm bond points. Once he reached max bond, he will be replaced.

Because I planned for Raikou, I have the sufficient mats for her except bones. In the first hours of the game, I max leveled and foud her with 5/10/10. Once I have 7 more bones, she will be 10/10/10.

As he said, it really matters how long you’ve been playing the game and also, what you want to prioritize. If you’re relatively new to the game, you probably won’t have the mats to max out an SSRs level and skills. The majority of those will come from event shops more than dailies and stories. Also depends on if you’re F2P, especially when it comes to leveling them. It can take over 100 gold xp cards to get from 80-90 if you don’t get any super/great successes. So if you don’t recharge your AP with SQ’s (which you certainly shouldn’t if you’re F2P) you can imagine how long it can take to grind the necessary do cards. I would buy them from event shops cause they are always cheap and get the packs from exchanging mana prisms. As far as the mats go, if you’re only focusing on a character or two, you should have what you need after a couple events. If you’re new and don’t have a good team it may take longer since you may not be able to run advanced stages, or in the case of the current event do enough damage to the raid bosses.

I would definitely say to just focus on the characters you like to use and that make up a good team. If I could go back I’d probably do it a bit different myself lol. I have 11 SSRs and I think 23 SRs. Out of the 11 only Medb (cause she kinda stinks) Arjuna (I have better archers) and Tamamo-no-Mae (I just got her but will have her at 90 as soon as I grind Caster Pieces) aren’t at 90 or beyond. Most of my SRs are not max level though. But I spread my mats way to thin and I wasn’t able to raise their skill levels much past 4 or 5 at best. Some are around skill lvl 2 even. I should’ve just focused on a few of my choice and maxed their lvls and skills. I get buy fine cause of the sheer number of good SSRs I have but I still wish I would’ve focused more as I am definitely not getting the full potential out of my SSRs without their skills at high level. Sorry, got too wordy there lol. Basically find a couple teams you like and focus on them. May take you a couple of events and a lot of daily grinding for the mats and xp respectively, especially if F2P, but after a few months in you’ll have the mats already in your inventory when you draw the next servants you want! And if you need characters that’s what you use the friend support for. I always save nearly have my friends list for new people to help them out since I got a ton of help!
