So we can eliminate 4 of the total 10 servants available, from your words Carmilla isn't necessary along with that we can throw out Stheno. I would appreciate knowing what other 5/4 stars you have, since depending on them I can see what will help you the most, before I can answer more. Also do you care about character or simply which is the most useful?
I know carmilla is going to be buffed but i bet on my emiya about assasin stuff
And i care about usefully since I'm on 4th singularity Carmilla would Destroy Artoria Lancer(alter) but my friends have carmilla too so i don't want to raise her
Heracles is good berserker so i can choose him but vlad 3 already 60 level but his strengthening quest is not available on NA
So heracles will be more useful but i feel like he won't
Hercules will be useful and don't care about already having vlad, they both have different roles in a team. Hercules is supposed to be with his bond ce a never dying monster and vlad is a arts/np spammer, and I don't know enough about the future too know if emiya will be enough, but if you want whats useful in the short term and dosen't take a couple months to level up bond I sadly don't know. I wouldn't go for np2 on anyone simply because in my opinion Collection>NP level. *sorry didn't hit reply instead of post.
