You get weekly 4 SQ + 2 from missions and 1 ST, not just 2 SQ
There's also total logins reward. If you have already 100 logins you'll get 20SQ every 50 days you log in, which makes 80 SQ till December

How many saint quartz can be saved until the first week of December?
Aside from these:
7 months x 5 monthly STs = 35 Summon tickets
27 weeks x 2 weekly SQs = 54 SQs
And there's that 10 SQ reward after Rashoumon.
Are there others...? Maintenance, events, etc.

Accounting for chain logics and maintenance and stuff, just remember we get around 30 SQ and 8 tickets a montn on average, without factoring in events and camelot/babylonia

Don't forget the new chapters' quests for quartz (main and free), events, campaigns on FB, maintenances, Interludes, Bond Level 6+ for Silver and Gold Servants...
