What would happen if we are not able to defeat Day 1 Ibaraki?

Ibaraki's HP pool is still large. Some say that NA's playerbase is somehow small compared to JP when it is their first time running Rashomon.

firstly, a good chunk IS down. the event is two weeks. I'm more worried she might die before people get a chance to make 300 million. If we for whatever reason can't take down ibaraki, we just won't get the 10 saint quartz.

Are the yellow bars different from the one beside the event button and the other below her HP on battle?

Yes the one in the event bar is her total hp through all the event, the bar you see in battle is just one fase, as i write this she has less than half health for this fase and we still have more than 30h to kill it, so o think we will be able to kill her.
