I`m a free player and im saving all my quartz,i dont know who is a better option, all i have i heracles, carmilla, siegfried, and emiya.
In my opinion, Scathach is better. Her skills can be used to highly increase her damage output. Tamamo's attack up skill is only 20% at best, while Scathach's starts at 30% can go up to 50% however only for quick cards (Which includes Her Noble Phantasm)
IMO, its Tamamo. People can really make a case for either, but I've found Scathach to be heavily reliant on crits that she just can't generate herself. Tamamo is a monster at generating stars and with an anti-male NP with a literal godly 3rd skill, she edges out Scathach's anti-divinity which just isn't as reliable as the anti male. Don't get me wrong, a lot of the bosses/super bosses possess the divine trait, but on a case to case basis, Tamamo will often be more relevant. When it comes down to it, Tamamo has better survivability and solo ability and general utility, but with a reliable team support/consistent star generation, scathach outshines her. But I'm looking at them individually, at same level and NP, tamamo will be more often better than Scathach.
As DPS they are about equal. Though, Scathach has better burst against divine than Tamamo does against males, so, in their niches, Scathach is above Tamamo. But, Tamamo has better NP gain and stargen overall (Shishou's NP gain is shit).
Well, to sum it up, Shishou has better burst and Tamamo is more stable than Shishou. So, pick which one fits your game style more.
Tamalancer is better. Servants that specialize in doing massive damage with their NP and pretty much nothing else fall off hard once Break bars get introduced. Scathach's NP gain is terrible, so it takes her forever to build it back up, while Tamamo has excellent NP gain and star gen.
Tama Lancer is better for one good reason and that is she is a buster servant. And with Memelin on the horizon all the Quick team will lose their meta.
