Just look up a material you need in this table (for NA) and look up the best farming spot with a working percentage. But remember that this is all RNG. Which means that you can get extremely lucky and get a drop (or a few) right off the bat or you can run it more than the 160.3 AP/drop and still get nothing.

The game doesn't force a drop if you go over the worked out AP/drop limit. Don't ever count RNG to work in your favor, that's what gacha teaches you from the start.
