The less her HP is, the more damage she deals. It is simple.

Please explain Mary read's Noble phantasm.
The deacription of Mary read's NP about its overcharge multiplier is confusing me. Can anyone explain it? Lets say she only has 1000 hp out of 9000 hp. Her atk 7000. She will use her Strengthened NP. How much damage will she estimately deal? Can someone do the maths? Thanks.
