I have recently just had my phone break on me which had my FGO account containing my favourite MHX.. which has now come back to me fixed with no data on it anymore... and would appreciate if anyone has a spare account they don't use or want that has a decent 5 star servant or two that isn't at the start of the game so that i am not stuck back at the beginning with nothing as I love this game even if its not the best and very far into the game anything is much appreciated. Would be amazing if it contained MHX as she was my favourite.. but, that's just me being too hopeful. If you do have the time to read this please let me know if you have something for me by sending me a request on discord @ Kaguya#4561 or commenting your own. I would really appreciate it.
While I don't have an account to give out, you can try to make an account recovery and hope for the best. Just make sure to bind your account the next time you have an account so that you don't lose the data.

They should be able to find your name in their database without the code. I think it will be fine as long as you gave enough information for them to identify that it is really you.
I gave them all the info I remembered. I guessed the date I first downloaded and last played since i took a little break and had started ages ago lol.. Now I shall wait for some good news hopefully before the current event ends as I been told you can get irisviel for free.
Well I know how to find out the date when you installed Fate grand order. I just need to know 2 questions. The OS of your phone and was your phone completely wiped after repair?
I just got a dumb reply saying that can't help me because it's something to do with the Japanese version of the game.. Even though I played on na :/ Replied to them saying it was on the US version and even sent a second email so they could try again :/ ...
That is strange indeed, you did the right thing by telling them to check the information again. Use a Image sharing service and link it instead, because all I can see are pixels in that Image. Make sure to censor any private information.

You sure were right about it being dumb. If I were to wake up to a reply saying something stupid such as that, my blood would start to boil.
I don't understand how they could think it's a Japanese account if I am messaging the Us support team about an account I played on their version in English :/
