He is avaible and will be perma added to the FP gacha in the Fate zero event which will be in line after the Da Vinci event is over

700k FP at the moment. Might have over 1m FP when the Da Vinci event is over. But still 1m FP might not just be enough to pull Angry Manjew.

Well whoever that is must have done something to please Angry Manjew and the gacha gods because Angry Manjew is rarer than a 5 star servant.

It's kinda hard to say since nobody has confirmed what the odds are of pulling a 2 star servant or craft essence. I would assume since pulling a 3 star is 40% which makes the chances for a 2 star around 60%?
