Data transfer

I recently transferred my data from Android to Nox, but now I'd like to switch back to Android because I find it uncomfortable to play on PC. I've made a transfer code from Nox to be used on my android device. But when I tried to transfer back, I got an error message saying:

"The user ID you're using has been transferred to another device. Please continue the game on that device. You can start a new game on this device. Delete the transferred user ID and start a new game? Error code: 97-1531033311"

Does this mean I'll have to play on Nox forever. or is this simply an error? Because I assumed the one-time transfer code is for 1 instance of device transfer, and you need to issue another code to transfer, not a permanent transfer to said device.

Every time you issue a transfer number, that number is only good for one transfer, then it is done. You should be able to go into “my room” Issue Transfer Number and get a new code to transfer to another device. It sounds like you tried to transfer over to the new device with your old transfer ID, hence the error saying it was already used once. So when you went and got a transfer code on Nox, did it give you the same code as the first time you transferred?

I issued a new transfer code from Nox, which worked after deleting the data from Android after the first transfer.

I solved the problem.

I did not delete my account from my Android device (first transfer) when I transferred to Nox. Proceeding with the error then transferring the code from Nox solved the problem.

What's up? If it's the issue about transferring back to the original device, you need to:
(1) Create a new transfer number on the new device.
(2) Delete your account from original device when it prompts you.
(3) Input new transfer number.

Basically, you need to delete your account in order for it to work and move back to your original device.

I have the same problem, do i press yes when it asked me to "Delete the transferred user ID and start a new game?", Won't it delete my account?

Just had the exact same problem. I clicked yes to del old data and start new, had to re download 500 MB for some reason? but it just reopened app, i hit xfer, input same code and pass that gave the error and it worked just fine.
