Last I check it still 0.1 percent for 5 Star servant even during the rate up. I have no idea where you get your information.

Has the summon simulator been updated to reflect the recently unveiled true rateup numbers?
aka .7% for 5 star 1.5% for 4 star and 4% for 3 star?

The recent info from JP says you have a 0.7% chance to get the rate-up 5*. Everyone already suspected this. Everyone has been working under the assumption that there is a 1% chance to get a 5*, and if you pull a 5* there is a 70% chance it is the rate up 5*. This means 0.7% chance for a rate up 5* which is exactly what the info from JP says.

Well, nothing changed : it is still 1% to get a 5* servant and 70% of the 1% (so 0.7%) to get the 5* rateup servant. They just added this detail.
