Avenger of Shinjuku

I can't say specifically, but wanted to say that this is why I've decided to mainly concentrate on support servants, which I started doing this winter by getting Merlin and Waver (GSSR). If you have your own supports, then you can get just about anything you need from a good friends list. Between events and other situations, there's just way too many special circumstances to cover them all (and for example, Rulers have been so far a very, very small percentage of the fights).

Of course, get whoever you want/need, just wanted to say what I felt covers the bases for the least cost (free or otherwise).

Avengers don't have the resistance to most classes like Rulers, nor the health or skills necessary to ensure they survive long fights, and decrease the debuff resist for all allies. To make matters worse, Rulers don't appear frequently enough to make use of their class advantage, so generally speaking, no. He's also not a limited servant, so he could spook you any time later down the line.

Short term, there isn't a lot of quick support characters to help him, 3* Alexander and 4* Helena can give 3 turn boost to quick and Atalante and 5* Scathach can offer one turn boost. Assassin of Shinjuku can help him gather stars and later down the road boost quick, but he suffers from low health and low attack stats.

4* Ishtar (rider) is a welfare that'll help boost both quick and buster for 3 turns, but doesn't provide survival support for anyone other than herself. If you're in for the long haul and your prayers to the Gacha Gods are fruitful on your rolls for Skadi in the 2020 anniversary, then she'll be able to cover up some of his shortcomings. His terrific NP gain can help him in farming against bersekers, if you're able to spam his NP and he doesn't die in between, but you'd still have an easier time with any AoE NP of any other class. Overall, I'd recommend saving your saint quartz for more worthy rolls and be pleasantly surprised/curse him when he spooks you.

If you really want him I would advice to wait for that 4* ticket that will come with the 10M campaign on autumn and skip this banner altogether...he will share rate up with one of the worst 4* in the game, and the 5* archer is nothing to get excited about either.

This banner is not thet good anyway, and he is not thet good anyway tothe problem for me is thet all avenger are quite extreame, and frankly, lobo is not
If you want someone to deal with those rare ruler, then try your ouck on the american banner for cu alter. He will simply be better then.... Well anyolone anywere.

Anything is possible in this game so of course you can. Obviously it will be better with Skadi but for the time being if you party him with Fuuma (quick based, great star gen, targetable evade) and Hans you can keep him alive better and generate more stars for him to use. You can also use the Brilliant Summer (swim suit) Mystic Code which has a quick up steroid and heal +NP charge on it, which can support him even more.
