Rare Prism exhcange Bug or not?

Hello im FGO NA player. I want asking question regarding rare prism exchange (a bit silly i think). When im going to rare prism exhcange, it show up "please wait for new product" and i waiting around 20 minutes but content didnt show up. Is this a bug or FGO NA didnt update it? ( Sorry for my bad english and im also attached ss)

The Rare Prism shop is gonna be empty for a while

When it'll have something to sell I dunno but only those who missed out on limited CEs, mystic codes and servant trials will have anything to buy

Whew thank you for the answer. Will FGO NA gonna giving us date about restock content of rare prism?

It will also sell Crystallized Lore, FP and 4 star Fou cards as renewable inventory. But yes, the Rare Prism shop will only open later.

4 star fou? I thought it only have 1-3 star fou hmm. When they gonna update content of rare prism exhcange?

As far as I know the 4 star Fou cards are relatively new on the JP servers. (They can be used after you maxed the Fou card stat boost to further increase stats until max +2000)
I think the others I mentioned will arrive earlier to the Rare Prism shop, but I have no idea when.
