The cutscenes next year will be the same, but the year after that (2021) they apparently will be voiced.

Valentine's CEs
I'm prioritizing the mat shop before focusing on the gift CEs. If I can't get all the CEs, will they still be available next year?
Also, what about the cutscenes? Will they be the same as this year's, or will they change?
