Not sure if i should try to roll her in the Valentines or in the future where she gets a solo rate up

^Yes, JP got that, but there's no guarantee we'll get anything Apocrypha related until the collab event with Achilles + Chiron in March 2020.
I think rolling for her with MXHA is your best bet...otherwise, she'll share rate-up with JTR in the two class-based summoning campaigns coming this year (March and August) and another with Arturia and Holmes during the 2nd-anniversary campaign.

You are absolutely correct. There is no guarentee that they will follow that schedule.
That said, I still plan to save up after nerofest just in case I can get JTR at that time!
Never hurts to save, and if it does drop it will be a great B-day present to me :)
