I know there is a valentine banner with MHX and tamamo. Is there are any banners with tamamo no mae single rate up?

Ermmm... BB is welfare servant, u dont have to gotcha to get her. If you mean AlterEgo class, I would recommend wait a few month for elizabeth bathory which is another pretty broken welfare ST AlterEgo Servant on Halloween. Maybe you could save ur quartz for other servant like Gilgamesh or Nero Bride which are also on rate up on CCC banner.
