It's something that's supposed to be specific to BB, according to Fate/Extra lore as far as I'm aware. But then again, Angra Maniyu was supposed to be the only avenger so it's always possible we'll get a non-BB mooncancer.

Will we ever get more Servants in a MoonCancer class?
I find it strange that DW designed a Class for a single servant (4* and 5* versions). Is there any reasoning behind that?

MoonCancer comes from Fate Extra CCC and must come from mooncell which is pretty unlikely to have a new servant unlike avenger which can apply to main servants.

Considering Fate is going with the multiverse theory *cough* 10 Arturias *cough*, they can always cook up a different MoonCancer from a similar yet different universe to CCC.
