Lancelot NP2- 8627 atk (800% dmg+ & +10%atk increase) or
TamaCat NP2 with Interlude - 7204 atk (1000%dmg+)
I can't remember if the ATK buff comes first but if it does, then Lancelot. But if the ATK buff comes after the damage, then Tamamo Cat. Provided, of course, than Tamamo does not use Monstrous Strength. If she does, then she deals more damage either way.
At least, if I'm doing the damage calculations correctly in my head.
I've got an NP3 Lancelot Berzerker. I'll confirm that the attack boost comes before the NP.
Lancelot ATK buff comes before NP, and benefits from OC in case anyone's curious.
Purely for raw np dmg, Tamamo Cat.
That said, Lancelot is a wildly better unit on, essentially any scenario. If solely for clearly dailies, his NP is more than enough to clear thenlm. If for challenge quests, he can generate a hefty amount of stars with his NP and make use of it to crit hard. While Tamamo is being stunned and does literally jack. But I digress.
Side note, Tamamo gets wildly better in the future when her strengthenings come.
