Should I farm Goddess or Expert on MG Event?
So, I've just bought all of my desired mats from the shop (Hearts and Pages cuz Support Life) and 2 event CEs from the 500 dumpling and 500 special dumpling trade-ins. I have no intention to get claws or SD mats, but I do want to get all the Fous, Blazes, and MAYBE enough moonfests for MLB. So, should I farm Expert or Goddess? Btw, the dumpling boost CEs I have are the 2 moonfests and 1 automaton. I also have a friend w/ moonbath Waver and MLB moonfest Merlin.

Btw, to increase the event drops such as dumpling and Special dumpling should i reduce my farming effectiveness ? Also how to do it ?
Here's the problem, i can clear all of the nodes within 2 turns but i can only equip up to 4 Goddess Fest CEs ( Farmable CEs )/ 4 event CEs because my DPS have already equipped up to 2 battery CEs like Golden Sumo or HNS.
I have 5 Moon Goddess welfare 5 * CEs and a 4 * event CEs from Gacha.
I'm short on apples too T_T

Yeah more CEs means more drops of course, but without starting NP gauge CEs, it gets difficult to complete the mission in as few turns as possible.
If you're out of apples, I'd say maximize your drops by using more CEs. Might take more turns but this event isn't really worth burning apples for.

Thx, really appreciated your help. After i took out my Golden Sumo and HNS, the drops increase significantly.

Expert. It's easier to do and costs less AP overall, so you could do more farming per apple. I mostly run it with Merlin, Raikou and support Merlin/Waver and spam NP charge to flatten the second round in an instant.

Um... both expert and goddess nodes are 40 AP. Expert node just has the best special dumpling drops.

Yeah my bad. I'd just checked it again.
But still, I believe Expert is far quicker to farm from experience since you don't have to deal with a 250k+ HP boss at the end. With NP charge spam and Demonic Bodhisattva my Raikou can blow the second wave off the board in one move with buffs on.

If you want to clear the materials on the shop, do the Goddess ones. Especially if you only need the regular dumplings.

I mainly did Goddess, but the lack of apples on my side is very frustrating since I used all of them to 100 Musashi a few weeks ago. (I actually used 6 Rainbow apples yesterday, but stopped because I had to save for Melt.) I usually get around 100-120 Dumplings/run, so I'm limited to around 500/day on natural AP. Considering the time I have left, I should have enough to buy all the EXP and Fou cards by then. The problem is that I may not have get enough moonfests to MLB, which is okay.

Unless you already had a Moonlight Fest to begin or get one to drop, you'll need 1000 of the rares for the last copy in that shop, as well as 7000 more regulars for the 2 copies in that shop. So if that's a goal, you'll need to farm Expert until you get to 1000 and then you'll have to farm Goddess because that is a lot of dumplings to get. And if you also want to clear the regular shop... you won't be able to do that without apples.
I currently run with a +14/stack bonus (2 MLB Mooncells, 1 regular Mooncell, 2 Moon fests, and I always use a support with Moon fest), and I estimated that I'd have about a day left in the event after buying out just the Moon fests using natural AP regen. If your bonus is lower than mine (and from your post, it sounds like it's +10), then a quick estimate is that it would take you an extra 25% AP than me to farm that amount, which I think puts your completion date just around or after the event end.
In my opinion, you'll need to decide now what you're going to do, and if it's to MLB the Moon Fest CE, you'll need to start spending apples ASAP.
My estimate is that by event end (and without buying any more CEs), I will have gotten a total of about 7500 regular and 1700 rares (I do want claws).

Then, maybe I'll just farm Goddess on natural AP (cuz I don't have any apples...F) and depend on my luck (which has been terrible since after I got both Merlin and Musashi from <200 SQs) for the CEs to drop from Artemis. After buying all the stuff I wanted, depending on how much time & dumplings, I might go for the shop CEs as well.

FYI, Expert has a 1.6% chance and Goddess a 2% chance at dropping the CE, according to the pages here.
