Im having a dilemma trying to decide who I want to spend my quartz on. I enjoy the personality of both characters but won’t have enough to roll for both unless I get really lucky. The only golden ST archer I have is Chloe, and Alter ego isn’t on NA yet. Any advice?
Chloe is absolutely more than enough archer ST. She is simply one of the best.
Kiara is a great servant in you can build a team around her. Specifically, art critical team.
I would roll for kiara every time over Moriarty. She has way more utility than a simple hard damaging archer, specially if you arelady have Chloe. Neither however is essential. Role the one you want.
Creepy Nun is best. Rarer, best niche, alterego 5*.
Chloe is a goddess of archers, you will never need a ST golden archer again once you NP5 lv 80 her, and max her skills (maybe Archuria Np2+...).
Be sure to have arts crit supports for Kiara (Casgil with 1st and 3rd skills in a good level, Mozart, the same, Hans, the same; Tamamo is not even that great with her because no crit support, but she can heal her back from one of her skill demerits...and make her NP be more nuke-y).

For what's worth: that's the better demerit off of goddess metamorphosis.
You would want hp reduction over self stun every time, especially with Kiara. She gets hp back from np.
