When will this be available in the Rare Prism shop? I missed this one and it looks like it’s a good match for Chloe and Orion.

It is a free mystic code which you can get after completing the quest for it in the upcoming fate extra ccc collaboration event similar to how we got the summer mystic code.
It has been released already. Many people got the Mystic Code. About when it will be available, in the RP shop, that I don't know.

I have it on NA though i don't really remember when i got it. The mystic code of the CCC event is another one entirely, it's called Memories of the Far Side of the Moon.
I believe that it came out with the original moon festival event, so it is possible that the mystic code will be in the shop with the rerun, but that's just a guess.
