As long as Waver and Merlin has max skills and have bond CE (chaldea lunchtime and portrait) it doesn't matter at all the others.

Waver is max everything so i will put chaldea lunchtime on him and portrait on Merlin.

Though most probably the supports that will be picked on you are Caster, Berserker and Rider. You should've not MLBed Imaginary Element, farmers like Artoria, Atalante, Santa Alter and Elisabeth benefit from starting NP.

i have 2 Imaginary Element that are not MLB and Golden Captures the Carp that is MLB so i will use them on Saber, Archer and Lancer insted of the otter once. so now everyone has at least 50% starting np.
