200% if you are aiming for level 2 overcharge. If you only have NP1, you could go up to 300%-500%(with Devilish Boddhisatva or Edison's skill) by NP chains.

Only 100%, 200%, 300%, 400% & 500%.
151% overcharge and 100% overcharge will have same effect.

No, if you have 101-199% it will still have same effect as 100%, even during NP animation it always shows full 100s as overcharge
