Correct. Using both Merlin's and Nightingale's buster buff at level 10 sums up to a grand total of 100% buster buff. Same applies to arts and quick buffs.

Buff stacking question
For buster teams I have both Merlin and Nightengale. Does using both their buster buffs on a single buster damage dealer stack multiplicity? If both were at skill level 10’s would that servant receive a 100% buster buff?
Similar question with arts team as I have Tama caster and Caster Gil. Would say Orion or Vlad receive the buff from both supports as well?

No, the same type of buff stacks additively. Yes it would be 100%. Same with the arts buffs.

As an FYI, been recently looking into damage calculations, and if I read it right, the card-type buffs are part of this factor:
firstCardBonus + (cardDamageValue * (1 + cardMod))
where firstCardBonus is .5 for a buster first card, and the cardDamageValue is the dmg factor from card type and position. So, things like Buster-Up are semi-additive with the buff from a buster-first attack. In other words, if you start an attack with a Buster card with and without a x% buster up, you won't see the total damage go up by x% but by less than that.
