Apart from her boss killing Niche (and the units and CEs that go with that Niche) what CEs and teammates best suit her for “general use” like I don’t care if she isn’t exactly suited for long fights, I just want to make her usable in normal content. I guess I should Mention I probably won’t have any of the CEs or units anyone may suggest, since this is a fairly new account, but I’ll save for whatever is mentioned

Definitely Gil over jalter. He's one of the few servants whose aoe np damage is comparable to st np damage.
Best use of her would be a crit role. Her Dodge has a star absorb + crit up at 80%. Not entirely reliable so you can run ozy with her. Not that ideal though.
The best would be running the usual 4060 with caster supports like Merlin/waver/Hans. She can use sealing designation enforcer or the upcoming Talk of The Hot Sands
She's hard to place because she's quick and there isn't much in the way of team-building for that since most quick servants have a similar role to Scathach. She's a selfish nuke servant who wants support in the way of star generation. If you want the easiest option just go Scathach + Waver + Hans, but if you want more creativity, Helena pairs with her quite well too. She is one of the few servants in the game who can boost her team's quick performance, and she also generates passive stars and has a party NP gauge charge, which Scathach could really use. It's actually pretty nice how all of Helena's skills pair so well with Scathach. The downside to Helena is that her skills all have awful cooldowns, but she's still very usable.
As for CEs, just stick 2030s to all your supports and hot sands on Scathach herself. You'll get hot sands from Chaldea boys (your choice of that or something else), and 2030 will be among the CEs on rate-up with Gil during the fate/extra CCC banner later this year, so that works out. Other CE options for Scathach are imaginary around, any NP starting CE like Kscope if you want to get her NP off faster (holy night supper is probably the best for Scath out of all of them, get it from the christmas rerun this year), or something like heaven's feel or black grail for it to hit really hard.
Ozy is also a party option, his third skill makes Scathach's wisdom of Dun Scath land all of its buffs, and since this RNG mechanic also applies to Hans's NP, Scathach + Ozy + Hans could work. The only downside is that Scath and Ozy are going to be stealing stars from each other most of the time.
For something a little less orthodox, maybe use Jack as a support to give her stars and chain her quick cards? Again, stealing stars, but with Jack that's hardly a problem since she generates enough for the whole party.
Jalter's next (free) rate-up is like a year away. I'd say just go Gil, then get Jalter next year if you want her.
Jack, okita, and other top tier quick servants. Or you could use merlin, waver, etc. Kscope, imaginary around, etc. Gil is better for new players.
