Max Bonding
Hi, wondering if there is still a need to level up servant bonds for any events/singularities(like Solomon)? Also, what are some servants worth max bonding for their CE? For example, I use Jalter most of the time but I don't think equipping her max bond CE would be ideal, as she plays an offensive role, meaning it would be better to equipping her with other better offensive CEs.

So far none of the upcoming events or stories have bond level importance.
Most of the bond CE effects are generic, but CE like arts boost up to 45% is powerful, that is if you field three arts servants with their arts boost bond CE.
The bond CEs that are unique and good are in the following servants:
Angra Mainyu, Spartacus, Heracles, Astolfo, TamaCat, Cu Alter, Medea Lily, Berserlot, Bersertoki, Vlad, Elisabeth, Enkidu and Georgios.

Irisviel is the only one I see on your list that has a particularly impactful one, making her whole team receive +30% healing, which is good in it's own right but when used in addition to a Nightingale/Medea Lily with their bond CE as well it can be truly ridiculous.
