Events is the best way to have that kind of rare items.

Yeah, the best way is events or some Interludes (like Tamamo Cat).

Grinding Septem or Wednesday's Training ground (30 and 40 AP) is not effective.

You can get 3 Claws (and one Heart) in today's challenge event.
