Do note that if you are looking for an assassin for farming, only shishou fits the bill. Everyone else can't farm at all due to their horrific damage even at np5.
Better off borrowing a support zerker/assassin.

scatchach assassin, she is really good against trash raiders/ berskers.
In fact I benched Cleopatra during Christmas grind because she at np1 get out-damaged by scatchach. If you don't have her be sure to participate in this year summer rerun.
