And i am stuck at camelot singularity, can u help me to clear this stage?

there are lot of way to help you, but give us more detail.
Where are you stuck?
your servant and their level.
I see some guy rushing trought the story with a strong friend (like a cu alter) and never leveled their own servant.
And other who simply used the stronger attacker, not thinking about strategy at all.
And some who got stuck becouse they needed some specific servant for some boss (like euryale)

you should just level your servant. for camelot you need a strong archer, a strong lancer and a strong saber.
focus on your musashi and your robin hood.
Or focus on mash and elena.
if you do the first you can use some quality support from friend list.
In the second (and i vote for this one) you can use any damage dealer you need from the friend list.
Camelot is a bit of a wall for non leveled servant.
Any fight is almost as hard as a boss fight in america, and boss fight are have some gimmick.
Right now there is the 1/2 ap cost on exp mission, use this chance to level up!

I have a general tip for you. You seem to be leveling all of your servants equally. That's actually making you weaker in the short term. It's usually best to level 1 servant of each class (that work well together) that way you can progress and level the rest as needed.
For example, you are leveling both Robin and Billy. It's better to have a level 60+ version of one of them rather than getting two level 40s. Based on your team, this is who I would recommend leveling:
Ozy, Musashi, Cu FSN, Helena, Mash, Emiya.
Ozy and Musashi are really strong and have buster compatibility with each other. Cu is a survivor for hard missions. Helena is going to work really well with Ozy to NP charge your team (40% with their skills combined). Mash is going to keep your team alive. And Emiya is a strong servant with good AOE archer damage which will help in Camelot.
Just a general recommendation for you.

But i dont have emiya. But, Cù Alter is effective on this singularity, right?

Oh, my mistake. You have Emiya Assassin not the Emiya Archer. Yes, Cu Alter is pretty much beast on any mission. I didn't see if you had him but if you did, then he is definitely priority too.
My main advice to you is to just pick a few servants to level and not level everyone at once. And against Nitocris, your Ozy should be able to wreck her if you give him support from Mash and Helena or a Hans.
